When using shared configuration to create a JSM project, below warning will shown in new project.

Your service project now has custom priorities. Make sure any filters in your service project are using the priorities defined in the priority scheme.

I recommend to delete the warning since it is confusing.
Here are the reasons:

• It rarely happen that the filters in new project can use priorities beyond scheme. 
• The warning does not happen for Jira software.
