Assets - improve Attachment management

      As an Assets Admin / Schema Manager, I would like to be able to. set:

      1. Permission to upload attachments (per Schema / Object Type / Object)
      2. Permission to View attachments (per Schema / Object Type / Object)
      3. Disable attachment option (panel, Add button) for Schema / Object Type (completely disable attachments)

            we would like to know if there's a possibility to manage the permission of Assets attachments for viewing files without downloading the files? It's a security issue in our company
