Issue Summary
JSM portal request filter sometimes doesn't work correctly when "Resolution" field is hidden in Field Configuration.
Some customers want to hide "Resolution" field in Issue Detail Screen. The setting of hiding "Resolution" field in field configuration should not be affected to the feature of JSM portal request filter.
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
JSM 5.6.0(Jira 9.6.0)
- Step 1: Prepare closed request in JSM(In Jira, closed issue means "Resolution" field is not empty).
- Step 2: Set "Resolution" field as "Hide" in Field Configuration
- Step 3: Execute Full re-index in Re-indexing.
- Step 4: Go to JSM portal request filter screen, and set the filter as "Closed requests".
Expected Results
The filter in JSM portal works correctly regardless of setting(Hide or Show) the Field Configuration.
Actual Results
The filter in JSM portal doesn't work correctly when "Resolution" field is hidden in Field Configuration.
