      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set Jira timezone to GMT +0000
      2. Set the user profile timezone to PST -0800
      3. Add Due Date field to a request type
      4. Open a new request on Customer Portal and select due date
      5. When checking the new request, it shows the date one day behind:
      6. Checking same ticket on JSM shows correct date:

      Expected Results

      Selected date should be displayed when viewing the request on customer Portal

      Actual Results

      Date is shown one day behind

      Workaround

      Change either the user or the system timezone to match
