Issue Summary
While viewing a KB article through the JSM customer portal, the words inside a table get wrapped incorrectly as the width of the table columns becomes relatively narrow. (The portal doesn't respect the start and end of a word and wraps the letters according to a certain width).
Steps to Reproduce
- You need a JSM instance connected to a Confluence Knowledge base.
- Create a test KB with a table that has some words with different lengths.
- Link the Confluence knowledge base to the JSM project.
- Navigate to the Customer Portal view.
- Go to the Help Center, search for the KB and view it through the portal.
Expected Results
The table to be formatted properly as seen in the Confluence page:
Actual Results
The column width is too narrow to display complete words:
Workaround
It has been noticed that adjusting the width of the table columns in Confluence influences the way it's being displayed in the JSM portal. Hence, users can select the table and set its width to "Fixed width" or manually expand the columns to be wide enough to display the words properly in the JSM portal.
