      Issue Summary

      The language translation option is not available for the Hidden Request Type fields.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1.  Project settings=>Request types=>Hidden from the portal
      2. fill in the Request name and request type > click create Request types

      Actual Results

      The language translation option is not available for the request type.

      Expected Results

      The language translation can be available for the request type.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
