Description

When attempting to share an issue from Service Desk View, an error appears as follows:
Issue Does Not Exist The issue you are trying to view does not exist. Perhaps it has been deleted?
Steps to replicate:
1. As an agent, view an issue from the Service Desk queue.
2. Click on 'share' button, or press 's'
Expected result:
1. Share inline dialog opens.
Actual result:
1. Share dialog does not open.
2. Another dialog with an error message about issue not existing shows up.
Workaround:
1. View the issue in JIRA. (<instance-name>/browse/issue-key).
2. Use 'Share' feature.
