Provide a product documentation about Blocker and Minor Priorities used by Jira Service Management projects

      Problem Definition

      In Jira Service Management Data Center, we found that statuses Blocker and Minor are created once the first ITSM project is created, but we don't have any product documentation related to those statuses.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great having a product document about these statuses explaining when they are created and what they are used for in the JSM projects.

      We have documents about JSM Cloud explaining the default statuses, which could be used as references to create something similar for JSM Data Center.
