Assets Discovery 3.1.5 is missing Collector.exe

Issue Summary

The latest release of Assets Discovery - v.3.1.5 is missing the files from the Assets Discovery collector tool, including the Collector.exe and Collector.cfg.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the Discovery Tool Zip package v.3.1.5 from the Marketplace or In Product page (<BaseURL>/secure/admin/DiscoveryDownload.jspa) (Only for Server/Data Center users)
2. check the "Discovery" Directory within the Zip

Expected Results

The Assets Discovery collector tool will be available for use.

Actual Results

The Assets Discovery collector tool is not there.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
