The user would like to have some new features in the bulk edit tool for Jira.

Currently it is possible to restrict users to edit labels in one status transition. Once the ticket is set to another status, the user is now able to edit the labels within a field.

The customer would like to have the same possibility in bulk edit for many tickets.

In addition, when they add the system field “Labels” to this transition screen, in the bulk transitio, the only option to see suggestion for exciting labels (and not to remove or replaced a specific one)
