The following Jira Service Management REST API stores temporary files locally on an individual node. The second API call to create an attachment fails with a "Source file does not exist" error when it hits a different node on JSM Data Center.
servicedeskapi/servicedesk/
{serviceDeskId}/attachTemporaryFile
Expected Result
attachTemporaryFile REST API should store temp files in the shared home folder and all nodes should be able to access those files to complete the attachment process.
