      Issue Summary

      The link does not have an href value defined.

      Element name:

      • Start watching

      Location of the element: Link, just below the "WATCHERS" heading, on the left navigation section, on the page.

      Additional details: Due to lack of href value, the above-mentioned element is not accessible with the keyboard.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In the header section for JSM, navigate to the Insights link and activate any project inside it such as ABC.
      2. Navigate to the Object types such as business service, Hardware etc and further select the further objects such as Servers in hardware.
      3. In the main content area for the available objects activate the Name of the object such as " exchange.prod.app1", etc.
      4. In the Assets page navigate to the "Start watching" link and try to interact with it with the keyboard or screen reader.

      Actual Results

      For the "Start watching" link in the Asset view page, the link has missing keyboard support since the link has a missing href value. This makes the link inaccessible to keyboard-only users.

      Expected Results

      Provide an empty href value to the link.
