As a Service Desk Admin I should be able to restrict the (main/front) knowledge base search to a particular label or parent page

      We enforce a one wiki per team policy at our company. Teams have both internal documentation and kb articles, many wish only the kb articles be visible to customers when they are searching from the service desk project landing page.

            The main portal is where users first land. If the search results are junk on the first experience, they are not going to do search again when they dive into the specific requests which have more refined results with label restrictions.

            Note, I'm referring to the project portal page, not the global portal page which has its own set of unique problems. :-/
