Issue Summary

      The image of user avatar missing empty alt attribute.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the "Help Center" and activate it.
      2.  Navigate to the main content and activate any link from the "Get IT Help", "Set up VPN to the office", etc options.
      3.  Complete all the required fields and click on the "Create" button.
      4. Navigate to the user present under the "Share with" section.
      5. Observe that an empty "alt" attribute is not provided.

      Actual Results

      The image is missing an empty alt attribute.  the web page whether any alternate text is specified or not. An empty ‘alt’ attribute of a the image enables the screen reader to skip the image.

      Expected Results

      Specify an empty "alt" attribute such as alt ="" or {{alt }} for the mentioned image as alternative link text is available foe the image.
