Add option to discover assets through REST API interface

      Problem Definition

      Currently, Insight Discovery uses SSH, WMI, SNMP and WEB-API (vSphere) interfaces to discover devices and their data.

      Some devices and infrastructure components broadcast their configurations via REST / HTTP endpoints and Insight Discovery does not have an option to collect data in that way.

      Suggested Resolution

      Extend Insight Discovery so it can discover assets and their configuration via REST / HTTP interfaces.
