Issue Summary

Switching from Pie chart from Interactive pie chart on an Insight Widget makes the pie chart bounce constantly until refreshed.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an Insight attribute count widget to a Jira dashboard
2. Select "interactive pie chart" from the dropdown

Expected Results

Interactive pie chart responds to mouse hovering

Actual Results

The pie chart keeps bouncing on its own until the page is refreshed

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
