      Problem

      After accessing an issue via custom report, clicking on other custom reports or the 'Return to report' button (top right) doesn't bring you to the desired page

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create Service project and issues (I create project with sample data)
      2. Navigate to (Project > Reports > Created vs Resolved)
        • Any other custom report would display this behaviour as well
      3. Scroll down to the report table and click on any non-zero number to load the list of issues
      4. Click on the relevant issue to load the issue
      5. Once at this page, click on the 'Return to report' button (top right of the screen) or any of the custom reports on the left hand panel with the regular left click

      Expected Results

      1. You will be navigated to the page you clicked

      Actual Results

      1. The URL field of the browser will change to the URL of the new page but the page will not reload. You will remain at the issue screen

      Workaround

      1. Opening the link in new page/tab works (middle mouse button, ctrl-click)

      Notes

      • This is working fine in JSM 4.21.1
      • Tested with Chrome and Firefox
