Sorting of connected tickets in Insight

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      The connected ticket for any insight objects is not sorted correctly across multiple tabs. It used to work fine in 4.16.1 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 - Create an object that has multiple connected tickets listed on multiple pages.
      2. Step 2 - Navigate through the different tabs and verify sorting.

      Expected Results

      It should have been sorted correctly.

      Actual Results

      Sorting is done correctly in each tab separately however it doesn’t continue across multiple tabs.

      Verify Screenshot: In the first tab issue starts from IN-26 and ends with IN-40 (ascending order), However in the second tab listing starts from IN-11 to IN -25.
