      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Insight Discovery Scan for ESX server ignores IPs marked to skip in scan settings when "try VM Guest scan" in the discovery config is enabled.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1: Setup Discovery scan for ESX servers
      2. Step 2: enable "try VM Guest scan" in the discovery config
      3. Step 3: Add iprange.txt in scan settings and Mark some VM IP with ! in it (To skip these IPs from the scan)
      4. Step 4: Ips mentioned in scan esttings to be skipped will also be scanned

      Expected Results

      Scanning should have not been done for the IPs mentioned in the iprange.txt file with "!"
