Error occurs when uploading attachment to Service desk from Internet Explorer 9. Works in Chrome and newer versions of IE without issue.

      Tested on IE Version 9.0.8112.16421

      Steps to reproduce

      1. From Jira Service desk Customer Portal
      2. Create issue
      3. Select add attachment
      4. Select file/image and attach

      Expected Behavior:

      File attaches

      Actual Behavior:

Attachment sits in waiting and never uploads (See Screenshots)

      Workaround:

This only occurs in IE9, use newer IE version or other Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), until Fixed.

            Hi emccutcheon & pcherukuri,

Can you provide some info regarding the Affects Version/s of Service Desk and/or JIRA? Is there any workaround e.g. rolling back Service Desk version?

And is it possible to foresee when/where this issue will be fixed? As far as I'm aware of, this is reproducible in JIRA 6.3.12 with Service Desk 2.2.0.

            Thanks.
