Issue Summary
Missing alt text image for the "Incident - For system outages or incidents." icon

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the URL
- In the Object Schema page, keep the screen reader navigating to the image by activating the "Connected Jira Issues" dropdown
- Activating the dropdown observe that issues will be listed below and on the left side of every issue there is an icon which does not have an alt attribute.
Actual Results
The "alt" text is missing in the source code for the icon, which is present on activating the "Connected Jira Issues" dropdown. In the dropdown, there are issues listed below and on the left side of every issue there is an icon. When screen reader users navigate to the profile image in read mode, the title="Incident - For system outages or incidents" is announced to them instead of alt text. This is due to no alt text specified for the image.
Expected Results
The icon <img> is a part of link <a> present next to it in the DOM and the same is presented visually when we hover the mouse over the image. Therefore, the image should be embedded inside the <a> element and must have a logical alt text specified such as “Incident - For system outages or incidents."

Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
