In the comments section of the issue, it is possible to browse for an attachment
However, while assigning the issue, in the "Respond to customer" tab, there is no such button
It is possible to refer to a previously uploaded attachment from the comments section, but there is no possibility to upload a file directly while responding to a customer.
Having the browse button on the assign screen would make the replying to customers faster.
