Issue Summary
The links in the Old value and New value column for the History in the Business service objects have missing descriptive labels
making the screen reader users unable to understand the functionality associated with the link
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the URL
- In the main content area for the Business services navigate to the History tab at the bottom of the activity
section. - Keeping the screen reader on, Navigate into the table for history and try to interact with the Old value and New value
column.

Actual Results
The link text Old value and New value column for the History table in the Business service objects in the main content area does not describe the destination page it points to. While navigating into the blank rows , an empty link is announced to the screen reader users.
As a result, screen reader users failed to understand the purpose of the link.
Expected Results
It is advisable to provide descriptive and unique text for presenting links. This will ensure that screen reader users can understand the purpose of the links when read out of context. For example, specify descriptive text "XYZ" via the "aria-label" property to make the information available only for screen reader users. In case of an empty row and no link present, it should announce "No Old value link present" or "New link not present".
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
