Issue Summary

The element uses device-dependent event handlers and is therefore not accessible by keyboard alone.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the "Home page" and navigate to "Assets" link in header section
2. Navigate to "ASIT-ITSM" link and activate it.
3. Navigate to "Business Services(5)" in left pane
4. Navigate to "Comments" tab and activate "Add a comment" button.
5. Add a comment.
6. Hover on a added comment mentioned buttons will appear

Actual Results

The elements such as "Edit" and "Delete" image buttons are not accessible using keyboard due to device dependent event handlers. As a result, screen reader users will not be able to access the mentioned elements.

Expected Results

Modify the scripts and make sure that elements should accessible with mouse and keyboard.
