Issue Summary

The element is not accessible by keyboard alone and there is no conforming accessible version of the same functionality reachable from the non-conforming page.

Element name:

• Zoom in and Zoom out functionality

Location of the element: Zoom in and Zoom out functionality, in the "oracledb-11g-prod" tree view image section, in the "Object overview" modal.

Additional details: If we scroll on the tree view image, it is getting zoomed in and out. But this functionality is not accessible with the keyboard.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the "oracledb-11g-prod" button, just beside the "Affected Server:" text, in the "Can we get this server request approved?" page.
2. Then the "Object Overview" modal will display.
3. Click on the "Show graph" icon button.
4. Click on the "Tree" button. Then the graph will display in the tree view.
