Issue Description

The insufficient color contrast of 2.8:1 is observed for the texts and its background available in the 'object overview' dialog. As a result, users with color blindness, partial blindness, or elderly users might face difficulty reading the text content.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the URL: https://instenv-21072-japp.instenv.internal.atlassian.com/projects/ABC/issues/ABC-9?filter=allopenissues
2. Activate the "oracledb-11g-prod" button, just beside the "Affected Server:" text.
3. The "Object Overview" modal will display.
4. Activate the "Show graph" icon button.
5. Activate the "Force" button, the graph will display in the Force view.
6. Activate any image button, in the "Force" view image section.
7. The above-mentioned element will be displayed on the right side of the dialog box.

Actual Behaviour

It is been observed that the text color of “There are no attachments”, "No related issues found for specified filter!" and the background is failing to meet the minimum contrast ratio for :

• Foreground text : #FFFFEFF
• Background: #DDAA69 is having a contrast ratio of 2.8:1.

Note: The above-mentioned details are identical for both the mentioned texts.

As a result, users with color blindness, partial blindness, or elderly users might face difficulty reading the text content.

Expected Result

The minimum contrast ratio for text and background should be 4.5:1.

To implement this make sure to provide static background color fixed for the text element that denotes the information and makes sure the ratio is maintained with the color combination.
