Business Services/Create Objects : Tooltip content for the syntax help link gets disappeared after the hover is removed

      Issue Summary

      Additional content that becomes available on hover on the Syntax help icon does not allow the user to move the pointer over that same additional content without the additional content disappearing.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Launch the URL
      2. In the Insights section, in the main content area, activate the "Advanced search" link
      3. After the Advance search input field is available for Business services, navigate into the input field with the keyboard to interact with the "Syntax Help" icon.

      Actual Results

      Tooltip content that becomes available when users hover over with a mouse or when their keyboard focus moves on the "Syntax Help" image icon in the advanced search input field is not accessible for low vision users. When low vision users try to move their mouse on the tooltip in order to read it, the tooltip disappears. Thus low vision users found it difficult to access the tooltip content.

      Expected Results

      Modify the scripts associated with the tooltip content to ensure that it remains visible until the user decides to dismiss the tooltip. This will enable low vision users to navigate to the tooltip content and dismiss it after accessing it. 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
