Dear global Jira Team,
As Service Manager working with customers directly and customers ServiceDesks I suggest to extend the whole customers ServiceDesk portal template. There is a lot of space wasted.
Some customers reported, that with a high display resolution the place which is taken by the text box is very small and would be much more comfortable if this textbox would fit to a high screen resolution and would make a better overview.
It makes also much easier for customers to read their tickets.
In case a ticket includes a long text (as example a long code box or bigger requests etc.) customers always needs to scroll a scroll bar to see the whole thing.
