      Currently, we have the option to fetch all the Insight Objects in the Insight custom field configuration. However, we don't have an option to add any additional custom values such as "Not Applicable" or "NA".

      So we will have a possibility of choosing these values when the Insight custom field is mandatory to create a Ticket and none of the objects doesn't match the requirement. In the current situation, we have to choose the incorrect object even if none of the objects matches.
