Issue Summary
Description field in Customer portal takes long time to load.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to Customer Portal
- Click on a Request Type
Expected Results
All fields should show up the page loads
Actual Results
Description field takes 3-4 seconds to load.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
Additional details
The issue is seen only for the first time when User tries to select the Request Type. After that in the same login session, the issue is not reproducible. However, if user logs out and logs back in, then the issue is reproducible for the first time when the request Type is selected.
HAR file shows around 4.35mb of data is downloaded to Browser cache which seems to the reason for the issue.
