Actually it is just possible to set an attribute hidden for the User-Role.

For a couple of Workarounds we need some "internal" field (wich we are using to merge data from imports to an target field) 

It would be nice to hide them also for the Role Schema Developer

--> Of course it would be better to not need "workaround"-fields
