      Problem description

Insight reindexing could fail due to the presence of corrupted objects, as explained in [this KB: When deleting an Insight Schema or searching for objects, Insight leads to an error: Something went wrong. Contact administrator.

It could be fixed by running some SQL queries as shown in the KB article, but this solution could be tedious as the reindexing is running in batches and it will stop whenever a batch has a corrupted object, instead of completing the reindexing and reporting the corrupted ones. This means that we have to keep running Insight reindexing, read the log, fix the corrupted object(s) and repeat the steps until the indexing error caused by "loadAll failed to return a value for x" is no longer appearing.

      Suggestion

      • Allow Insight reindexing to be completed as much as possible and show the errors afterwards
      • A feature for admins to access it in the UI to find and fix corrupted objects
