Built an automated system to notify an approver group that their approval is needed on a feature request. However I want to be able to attach a PDF with a summary of the request and associated designs. I've done a lot of searching through Jira and have found many forums with others wanting similar functionality but I couldn't find any open issues. 

It could even be a prompt to the assignee to attach a PDF or putting a PDF in the comments/description and pulling that PDF. Literally any way to send a document in an automated message would be great.
