Issue Summary
On latest versions of Jira, when hovering the SLA field on a ticket in Jira Issue View, it doesn't show the exact due date anymore as it used to do before (Jira 8.12 for example). The expected information shows up when hovering the SLA in the queue/search view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup a JSM project with tickets and SLAs implemented
- Hover the SLA field in the Issue View of a ticket
Expected Results
See the due date full information, as it currently still shows up in the queue/search view:
Actual Results
The hovering information is missing the complete information:
Workaround

It was our team that discovered this bug and it's quite grave. Many of my users are not well practiced in using JQL and depend mostly on the issue view. They are confused when they see an SLA that has "1 mo" when the range of this is within 3-4 weeks and they have no idea how close or how far away they are from breaching the SLA. The workaround to view in a JQL is not feasible. Please resolve ASAP.
