Issue Summary

Testing CSV-import configuration in Insight 'Create Import configuration' dialog causes loading spinner to overlap with 'Test configuration' text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'Import' tab of an Insight schema configurations page
2. Create a new configuration
3. Select 'CSV import'
4. Enter a 'Name' value and click next
5. Select 'Import from' File
6. Choose a local CSV file to upload and then click 'Upload' to upload it
7. Click 'Test Configuration' button

Expected Results

Both the loading spinner & 'Test Configuration' text should be clearly rendered.

Actual Results

The loading spinner & 'Test Configuration' text (on the left of the 'Back' button) overlap each other.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
