Problem
Jira Service Management "Time to resolution" and "Time to resolution (avg)" reports show the wrong resolution data for issues which have been imported as Resolved from CSV or JSON files.
The "Elapsed time" is shown as 0:00 and the issues appear under the day of the import in the report, instead of the day from the Resolved date.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a CSV file containing an issue and set the Resolution and Resolved date. Set the Resolved date to a past date.
- Import the CSV file and map the fields accordingly.
Actual Results
After import, the "Time to resolution" report shows that the issue was resolved on the import date.
Expected Improvement
The "Time to resolution" report shows that the issue was resolved on the actual Resolved date.
