      As an

      Administrator

      I want to

restrict access (view) to certain Jira groups

      to

allow only certain people to view standard reports in "Service" projects and meet the requirements of the workers councils

      Problem Description

When creating a "Service" project in Jira Service Management, there are some default reports that are provided by the system and cannot be hidden or restricted to specific users/groups.

This relates to the following standard reports (can be found via URL: /projects/{project key}/reports):

      Team

      • Workload
      • SLA Goals
      • Satisfaction

      Knowledge Base

      • Article usage
      • Article effectiveness

This restriction (at least for reports under "Team") is an important and often stated requirement of workers councils.
