Issue Summary

Insight allows for a User to create his own Report as a Jira Addon.

Instruction on the Report app development were available in the Mindville Documentation site, which was migrated to the Atlassian Documentation Confluence instance.

The in product link is still pointing to an old documentation page, no longer available.

The link should direct to the respective page within the Atlassian Documentation site - here.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Insight>Reports
2. Click the "New Report" Button
3. Scroll to the bottom of the "Select a report type" screen
4. Click the link "Create a new report type"

Expected Results

Redirect to https://confluence.atlassian.com/insightapps/custom-reports-1085180903.html

Actual Results

Redirect to https://documentation.riada.io/display/INSSERV/Custom+reports resulting in an error:

Unauthorized URI: /display/INSSERV/Custom+reports 

Workaround

Go directly to https://confluence.atlassian.com/insightapps/custom-reports-1085180903.html
