As an Administrator, I'd like to be able to configure the ServiceDesk option on the top navigation bar

      Having the ServiceDesk option on the top navigation bar might be confusing for some of the JIRA users, as an administrator it would be nice to have the ability to disable or hide the option to avoid this confusion.
