Add Insight Asset Management Export Events to the Audit Log

      Add Insight Asset Management export events to the audit log with corresponding user information to help identify which user performed export actions. This will increase the admins visibility on the actions taking place on the instance.

      Hi everyone,

      Thank you for your interest in this issue.

      As a part of Jira Service Management Data Center 5.0 we have added Insight events to the advanced auditing functionality so you can keep track of every activity and change being made to the system, specifically the export of Insight data outside of the system and changes in user permissions that could allow for unauthorized behaviour.

      The new Insight event include the following categories:

      • Permissions
      • Object schemas
      • Objects
      • Reports
