      Issue Summary

      Viewing a request shared with a customer organization with thousands (10k+) of users doesn't scale.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a project
      2. Create an organization
      3. Add 10,000 users to the organization
      4. Share a request on the customer portal with this organization
      5. Have many of the users in the organization view the request

      Expected Results

      No performance impact from users viewing request

      Actual Results

      As more users view the request, excessive calls to DB are made which impacts the performance of the instance

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
