Issue Summary

Using keyboard to navigate/focus to 'Unlinked issues' filter in a JSM queue of a incident-management-enabled project renders the text with very low contrast.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure 'Opsgenie interation' as Jira admin
2. In JSM project setting, enable 'Incident management' for this project
3. Go to queue page of the JSM project
4. Choose 'Unlinked issues' filter in the top-right corner filter dropdown
5. Use keyboard to tab-navigate to the dropdown, & use down arrow key to move focus onto the 'Unlinked issues' filter item

Expected Results

The 'Unlinked issues' text should still appear in a white-ish color with high enough contract.

Actual Results

The 'Unlinked issues' text is rendered with a dark color with very low contract against the background color.

Workaround

Use mouse to click open the dropdown & hover/click on the 'Unlinked issues' filter instead.
