      Issue Summary

Insight custom field on customer portal 'Browse dialog' fails to render TextArea attribute with never-ending loading bar & exception thrown in console.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set up an Insight object type with a 'Default -> Textarea' attribute
      2. Create an object under the Object type
      3. Create a 'single- or multi-select' Insight custom field for the Insight schema, including objects under the above object type.
      4. Configure a JSM request type to use the custom field
      5. Go to customer portal
      6. Go to 'Create request' page for that JSM request type
      7. Click the 'Select an object' icon-button on the right-hand side of the Insight custom field to open the 'Browse dialog'
      8. Expand the object created in Step 2 (to see all attributes)

      Expected Results

Attributes list (with the 'Textarea' attribute) should render as it does in Jira issue view or Insight object details view.

      Actual Results

Attributes list (with the 'Textarea' attribute) fails to render with never-ending loading bar & exception thrown in console.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
