Issue Summary

Currently, there is no option to migrate all data from Insight - Asset Management from Cloud to Jira Service Management DC (On-Prem)

Suggested Solution

• Support the export/import of Insight for Jira data
• Ability to migrate Insight for Jira data using full Jira XML export/Import

Why this is important

• Customers who cannot stay on Cloud, need to be able to "easily" migrate from Cloud to DC.
• When we perform the migration from Cloud to Server, we are hoping to minimize the data loss after the migration.

Workaround

The only option is to export each Object Type as a CSV, then import these - one by one into corresponding Object Types.
You will have to manually create the Object Types in the target instance, and import Object Types in the required order.
