Description
Issue Summary
SLAs will not work properly with custom priorities if the name has numeric values.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create some priorities in Jira like 1, 2, add them to the project
- Create an SLA by selecting this priority in the JQL
- Try creating an issue where the JQL above is satisfied
Expected Results
SLA will show up in the issue
Actual Results
SLA will not show up in the issue
Workaround
- Either use priority names without numeric values
- Or, use the Priority ID in the JQL as in the screenshot
