SLAs will not work properly with custom priorities if the name has numeric values.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create some priorities in Jira like 1, 2, add them to the project
      2. Create an SLA by selecting this priority in the JQL
      3. Try creating an issue where the JQL above is satisfied

      Expected Results

SLA will show up in the issue

      Actual Results

SLA will not show up in the issue

      Workaround

      • Either use priority names without numeric values
      • Or, use the Priority ID in the JQL as in the screenshot
