Allow options to use IP address or SysDescr (OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0) as the hostname in Insight Discovery SNMP scans. Currently, hostnames are retrieved from DNS. If this isn't set up, Insight Discovery will return Error: Mandatory Hostname missing error for SNMP scans and will not proceed.

JSDSERVER-12004with a pattern to set "No Device Name" as a fallback when the Pattern is executed (hence - Login successful to device), and no Devicename is set on the target
