How to allowed Custom field with custom GUI in Jira Service Desk

      I have created a custom field with custom GUI extending selectCFType class. but after inserting it into customer portal it does not show custom GUI. it show only default GUI. also not allowed javascript in custom field.
      can any one tell me how to allowed custom GUI and javascript in jira service desk
