Summary
Insight object Icons are broken for unlicensed users on the customer portal
Steps to Reproduce
- Confiogure and add an Insight custom field on a JSM request type
- Browse the Insight custom field from the customer portal as an unlicensed user
Expected Results
The objects appear in the list with the Icons
Actual Results
The objects can be browsed however the Icons appear as a broken image
Workaround
There is no workaround at this time
