      Hi there,

Being able to view who is looking at records is fairly standard functionality in other ITSMs.

Jira Software and Service Management can do this via the 'Who's Looking' app but you need to click into it to actually view who else is viewing the ticket.

Can we get it to display whether someone else is viewing the ticket without having to click into it? Either by:
      1) Showing in the field

      2) Showing in this area (not sure what it's called)

Not sure if this is already a feature request somewhere?

      Thanks,
      Dave
