Update 21st June 2022
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your continued interest and feedback. We have commenced rollout and expect it to take around 2 -3 weeks to reach all customers while we ensure that there are no major issues.
We are rolling out the following:
1) Import CSV or JSON files directly from a URL.
2) Once linked, refresh data with the click of a button, without the need to set up a new import.
For detailed information and step by step instructions on how to set up an import from a URL, please refer to our documentation on Atlassian Support.
PLEASE NOTE:
As a first iteration of this feature we only support public and secure web addresses (https). We are looking to expand this functionality further in the future - please add any votes or requests on this ticket: JSDCLOUD-11482 .
We are also looking into supporting scheduling in the future, please monitor JSDCLOUD-9920 for progress.
Please do let us know of any issues being experienced with regards to the rollout or any questions on how to use the feature.
Thanks,
Doro and the Jira Service Management team

Related to the feature JSDCLOUD-9920 to allow scheduled imports if we plan to support it in the. future.
